Anna Megdell is a writer living in Michigan. Her work has appeared on NPR, in Los Angeles Review, Entropy, and Midwestern Gothic, and is forthcoming from The Saturday Evening Post. She received an MFA in fiction from the University of Tennessee, where she won the John C. Hodges Award. Anna is currently at work on a linked short story collection about daughters, McCarthyism, and intergenerational trauma.
